Returns

Start a Return: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at contact@lannarosejewelry.com for return authorization. 

Time Frame: Return your purchase within 30 days of the order date.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unaltered, and with all original packaging and tags.

Proof of Purchase: Provide an order number or proof of purchase for all returns.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. If this is not possible, we will issue store credit.

Shipping Costs: A prepaid shipping label will be provided for your convenience.

Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once we receive it. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to post, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Exchanges

Exchange Process: For exchanges, follow the same process as returns. You can choose to exchange your item for a different size or another item of equal value.

Availability: Exchange is subject to item availability.

Special Notes

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized items, and final sale items are not returnable. Earrings and body jewelry are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.

Damaged/Defective Items: If your item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately for priority assistance.

Restocking Fee: A minimal restocking fee may be applied to some returns.
